    About the Role

    Excelsolution is expanding and we're hiring an Accounting Specialist to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support client invoicing. Ideal for someone with a startup mindset who thrives in a tech-forward company.

      Key Responsibilities:

      > Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
      > Oversee AP/AR, payroll, and monthly reconciliations.
      >Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
      >Support tax filing and work closely with external auditors.

        Requirements:

        > 2+ years experience in accounting or finance.
        > Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
        >Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
        >CPA certification is a plus.
